Shipping Policy
Items are usually shipped within 2-3 days after purchase. Shipping is done through USPS. After order is packed, the client will receive a tracking number to stay updated on when the package will be delivered.
Return & Exchange Policy
Lipsticks, Lipglosses, and Eyelashes are Non-Refundable! Hot Tools are only eligible for exchange if they do not work properly. Customer has up to TWO weeks to test product to see if they work properly. Any used item can not be returned or exchanged.
